SD Card useless

So I got this for my Wife for Christmas 2014. Before i give it to her i wanted to have an SD card with pictures of our wedding day. Turns out that after spending about an hour transferring all the pictures to the SD card the Picture Frame will not display the pictures. Checked the website and the manual and no help or instructions on troubleshooting the issue. Tried a USB and looks like that works to display the pictures. SD card still won't work simply get a message that the card is empty. (This may be because it is not Mac compatible but not sure since i don't own a PC)
Picture quality is fuzzy and not great resolution. Personally i am considering returning and opting for a different brand.
Pros: none
Cons: sd card reader simply decorative

I got the Philips 10.1" Digital PhotoFrame (SPF3403/G7) for Christmas. So far, the only thing I can get it to do is show the pictures - and even that is not without problems! Many of the pictures are cropped in such a way that the heads are cut off, etc. I have yet to see any "main menu" as described in the manual (which, by the way, I had to locate and print from the internet since my frame did not come with one). The main menu is where you are supposed to be able to set the time, as well as many other features the frame claims to have. I'm unable to verify those claims since my frame doesn't even show a main menu. I couldn't be more unhappy with the frame and will be returning it, if my husband can find the receipt. I would have given the frame zero stars, if that were an option. Save yourself the trouble and just say NO!!!
Pros: i can't think of one!
Cons: no main menu, awful picture cropping

instructions are not good

So far I haven't had success on setting the time on the clock feature and I loaded some pictures but can't load more. The instructions manual doesn't have enough information to help. And on line there also isn't any help.
Cons: needed more instructions

Been working on this all day to get pictures on it via USB from computer. Some pics are OK. Others are so large they only show one corner of the picture. Frustrating. Tried to search on SUPPORT but no data for digital picture frames.
Tried registering it as frame suggests after turning on, but website will not recognize the bar code nor the Model number.

Great Product, serious LCD Problem

Initially I received this product for Christmas and it was great, but 3 months later the Screen itself developed a "blue hue", and it simply won't go away... It seems almost as is the screen itself has lost the ability to hold any colors of black... Not sure what's going on, and it still stays this way even after I reset the factory settings... Please help...

Cons: quickly burns out?

I had a box frame Philip television for about 24 years. I moved with it about four times in my military career and retired in 2009. One day my wife waked up this November 2018 and it didn’t come on. That’s tv saved us so much money and I wanted to say thanks to y’all.

Not a user friendly device

I've had this for a while and continue to fight with using it. Some pictures fit the frame, some do not and what I don't what to do is have to edit every picture. I want to load pictures and let it fly. Not that easy, directions and help on line weak at best. Don't buy.
