I purchase a different Phillips product about once every year and each year, each product continues to perform like the first year it was purchased. My Philishave, performs the same as the day I purchased it. Clean shave, never a nick, easy to clean, keeps the charge for shave after shave. Beats any other product I've tried over the years. You have a loyal follower. Keep making proven performers.......congratulations.

good tv with an average speaker

It has a nice picture with good color gamut but the speaker on the TV vibrates in an annoying way on situations when the volume gets somewhat load (commercials).

After some initial bugs, the LCD was repaired and has worked excellent since. With all the similar products out there I did not know what to expect. I am glad I purchased yours. The service was excellent and you should be proud.

Purchased 5 years ago and I am very happy with this TV. Would purchase another Philips when that time comes because I am spoiled.

almost burnt my house down with my kids and pregnant wife in it

Philips knows about the bad boards in these tvs, and chooses not to do anything about it. There are numerous complaints online, and they state that customer support sucks. This tv smoked up my whole house, burnt the stand it was on, ive had nothing but problems with this tv since day one. The sound would work but the picture would go out, i reallized that the cracklin sound i have been hearing was it acually sparking inside on board, when this would happen.
While watching the tv, the picture went out, and like ive always done, i turned it off then back on, and it worked until sparks shot out the bottom and smoke poured out the top.
