[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried 3 online sites to get the right ink cartridge for an older Hp printer that I've had for 15+ years. it's a workhorse of a printer. I know it is old but a workhorse, but when I get a new one it will definitely be an Hp printer. But back to the point. I payed a little more then I wanted to but I finally got want I needed, the right cartridge that fits and works great. Thanks Hp for the right stuff.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased recently and it worked perfectly. My past experience with third party products has been abysmal. The HP cartridges always work flawlessly in my HP 970Cse. The only complaint is the cost of HP cartridges. I may need to take out a second mortgage on my house if they get any more expensive.

I ordered the 78XL because it is suppose to last longer. I had to replace it after only 4 days. I am glad that I ordered two so I could keep working. I wish I had kept count the number of pages I printed but it wasn't more the 50.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been purchasing HP products for my computer for years. I have never had to return anything. Everything was always perfect. When I ordered my black ink cartridge and my Original Tri-Color cartridge, my Tri-Color cartridge would not print the color out completely or correctly. I had my printer head checked and it was alright. So I call HP with my problem. They could not have been nicer and more helpful. They helped me re-order the Tri-Color cartridge and I was good to go.
Customer do not forget the help that they receive from a company that they deal with. I love HP products and HP employees. And, you can take that to the bank.

I have purchased re-manufactured ink cartridges in the past, and they have always been a disappointment. They either run out very quickly or don't even work at all. Attempting to have them replaced is such a hassle, and there's no guarantee that the replacement will be any better than the first one! With HP cartridges, I know I'm going to get top-quality products every time from a trusted company - so even if there is a problem, I can be sure it will be resolved right away. From now on, I will always buy from HP!
