Pleasantly surprised.....

The battery replacement was defected, but my IT person called and emailed ADP and was told that another replacement would be delivered and no charge.
Well...to my surprised the replacement for the replacement arrived 1 day later. We were told that it would be 3-5 working days....All was good with the new replacement.

Keeps Your Good Equipment Running

Recently purchased these for a customer with an SMT2200 they've had for a while now. The cost for the replacement batteries may seem like a lot but when you consider the cost to replace the whole unit and the reduced waste from simply replacing the batteries, it's really a no-brainer.
Pros: Ease of Management, Good Value, High Quality, High Confidence Level in 24/7 Uptime

The photo shows quantity 2 RBC55 modules (4 battery cells). The RBC55 is a single cube containing 2 battery cells.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quantity of one is all you need

I bought quantity two of these since another review mentioned that the photo of the batteries is inaccurate. That review is misleading. The photo of those two units is *exactly* what you get when ordering a quantity of *one* of this RBC55, and it is a complete battery replacement for your compatible UPS. Don't make the same mistake I did, just get quantity of one!
Pros: High Quality, High Confidence Level in 24/7 Uptime
Cons: Too Expensive, Lacking Vendor Support

Easy to install

The batteries were very easy to install. If they give me another 8 years of life out of my SUA3000 I will be amazed. I was prepared to spend thousands on a new UPS when I found out I could spend hundreds and just replace the batteries. Thank you APC!
