So Many Issues

Such a shoddy program. When the printer actually works... it's great. Prints quickly. But once in awhile it glitches, crashes, and now it won't find my printer no matter what I do. Reinstalling does nothing. I didn't do anything different to suddenly have these problems. Usually I just plug the device into my pc and it's able to print right away. Now the software is saying it's connected to a totally different printer that I don't even own. How does this happen? Also there's no updated download on the site for Windows 11 so I'm wondering if there's a connection there to my issues? I am not tech savvy and it's incredibly frustrating trying to figure this out for our business.

To assist you in resolving this issue, we recommend that you completely uninstall the DYMO Software and then reinstall the DYMO Connect Software version 1.4.3. Please make sure that your printer's USB cable is not connected to your computer during this process. Visit dymo.com> Support > Dymo Help Center> Software > How to totally uninstall DYMO Software for additional in-depth instructions on how to perform a clean uninstall and reinstall.

I LOVE THIS LABELING MACHINE

I use it to address envelopes, label file folders, label various cables, also on my fax machine whether to face documents face up or down. It is a wonderfully durable, convenient way to organize your life with quality.

REMOVING THE LABEL

Only 1 problem! When I remove the label from the printer, 99% of the time a blank label follows. I have tried everything possible, even which direction to tear it out of the printer.NOTHING HELPS! Other than that everything is great about the printer.
