company ruined the product with their new software

Wish I could leave a zero. Old software worked fine. The new software is a steaming pile of . . . .
Won't load. Program won't work. Our IT team spent 2 hours trying to work with it. Printer used to work great but without working software it is a paperweight.

SOFTWARE??????

printer is durable and works well but ive updated the software and now printer is not responding. it actually works when I disconnect it so its definitely the software update. complete joke, I can go a month without it working whenever they put out a dodgy update :\

Steamy pile of junk

I have had this for over 2 years now. It worked fine for my FNSKU labels until they updated something now all the labels printed vertically, and WILL not print horizontal. I have tried everything. I will be contacting support for an upgrade or something because this is just horrible. It has printed fine until now. If I could leave 0 stars I would and will be leaving reviews anywhere else I can to warn people to stay away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
