I have two of these great wireless presenters but unfortunately the receivers got misplaced and I was wondering if these receivers can be replaced. The serial numbers are 1611105954 and 1611105824. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am a performer in Israel using this pointer to change slides while doing Sing-A-Long with big crowds for almost a year now..
I love this device worked great for me until recently stop changing the slides although the Lazier beam was working, what could
be the problem for that?? when I put the receiver in the laptop the light on it was on..
What can be done to make it work I need to use it urgently..

Amazing device, used this a couple times, however, I miss placed the usb part and can longer use it. Is there a way to purchase just this part?

This remote doesn’t work with Windows 11, driver support is required.

It's a very good ppt clicker. But I lost my usb receiver that comes with it, rendering it useless now. Can I get a replacement for (or buy) usb receiver? Thanks for letting me know.
