This is a repeat purchase. Great service and cartridge is fresh (2022 expiration date). I have purchased from other sources and the expiration dates were marginal to expired.

I bought this two weeks ago and it is almost gone. I have printed approximately 20 pages and all four replacement cartridges have drained. I have changed what pages I have used and tried cleaning the heads and many other suggestions. I have had much better luck with HP in the past and would recommend it to anyone but this has me very upset.

Neatly packages and ready for installation, the package arrived very protected from the torrential rains. Especially helpful is the return bag for used cartridges - was in a quandry about what to do with them since our closest store is now closed and with the pandemic I am cautious about face to face sales.,
