The Instant Ink Program is a life saver. Although our Church's' printer isn't enrolled in the program, we rec'd replacement ink cartridges the next day. Already have permission to replace that printer (w/ink program) when current one dies.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my ink cartridge quickly, safely packaged and delivered, and am able to print without exporting the work to the printer via thumbdrive or remote print command--and there's nothing like being able to have the product when and where I need it. The "return" envelope enclosed with the package was especially thoughtful in case there was a problem with the order. The whole issue was handled responsively, economically, and personally/professionally. I appreciate all of that!
