The ink cartridges were dried out. They were not vacuum sealed. There wasn't tape over the ink. I want my account credited, and I will send what I got back to you, for an even exchange.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really needed it

The print head was going bad and I needed to replace it. Now I can print fine like I need too. Support was a little hard but turned out good.
