It does the job

I took a chance and bought from a third party company to save some money. The cartridge they sent it in was not quite the same. The part where the ink comes out was not metal, but clear tapewith a hole in it!!! It had a piece of masking tape over this to seal the ink. It didn't work as the ink congealed. I'm sticking with HP.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't print everyday but the XL cartridge lasts me approximately a year or longer.

this product works well in my hp officejet printer. i like that it has a high capacity so it lasts a long time. the ink is pretty high quality so it doesn't look funny either. it is a bit expensive, but i found that cheap ink is just that, cheap. so it is better to get hp's ink even if it costs a bit more.

This is a high capacity, high performance cartridge. If you think HP represents quality in general, you definitely won't be disappointed with this ink cartridge. The ink prints evenly and smoothly, without smudging or smearing. I love the size, too.. I would never order anything else for my HP printer.
