Should last longer

This applies to all 940XL cartridges except black. They do not seem to last all that much longer than ordinary (non-xl) cartridges, so I'm not sure they are worth the extra cost. I wish you would label all cartridges with amount of contents, so we could verify the difference. You used to do this for earlier printer cartridges.

well worth the price of the Printer ( Officejet Pro 8500A Plus) and Ink Cartridge (940XL) has Great performance. All In ALL Very Pleased with Both for Quality and Performance

Long Lasting HP-XL Ink Cartridges

I'm a digital scrapbooker & printer ink is of great importance to me. All 4 "separate" ink cartridges are superior in color and long lasting. Great for photos when printing. I have owned other computer printers, and have found HP the best. The colors are true i.e. yellow is yellow, where with other printers, they don't hold to the true yellow color. The best part is, HPXL ink cartridges DO last a long time, even though they are pricey, compared to other printer brands. They hold lots more ink then the other brands, and they don't dry up in printer if not used daily, weekly, or monthly. I've had my HP Officejet Pro 8000 printer 4 years and haven't had to replace the ink head! Great Product!

I have had this HP Officejet Pro 8500A for nearly one year now and I love it! The most amazing feature is the network connection which enables me to scan, fax or print from anywhere in the house without having to make trips to plug and unplug my laptop for these tasks. The apps too is an added bonus. I have been recommending it to everybody I know. Haven't had anybody express regret.
