After installing, found a wide black line appearing in the documents. Also, the feed mechanism did not work. Maybe the one I got was a lemon but I am disappointed. Taking it back to the store. Will not replace with the same model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The instruction to connect ubs cable to computer is not given in instruction. #2 Install sofeware plus there is no guide. 5594jackd

This scanner was easy to set up and use. We needed a scanner that had a document feed to do more than 1 page at a time and the capability to email scanned documents, and this scanner fits our needs perfectly. Love it!

So far so good!! Was very easy to set up and start using. PDF functions works great. Highly recommend for ease all around.

This scanner is excellent and easy to use. The photos and documents are replicas of the original and the colors are bright and simply good.
I use the scanned items for power point presentations and the students like them. I really recommend the product.

EASY TO SET UP. NOT EASY TO UNDERSTAND THE USE W/OTHER PROGRAMS. THIS MACHINR SEEMS TO BE VERY SOUND(MADE WELL)

The ADF on our GT-1500 scanner is useless. It begins to input the first page which goes about 60-70% through & then stops.
