Bought two Phillip air floss products and both broke down. But the first one at least lasted me two year, the second one didn’t even work for 2 month. Disappointing

Hi there,
We appreciate the time you took in writing us a feedback about your Sonicare AirFloss. How unfortunate to hear that you find some troubles using it. We would be happy to share some insights into improving your usage.
If you have used the device multiple times already, the lack of water intensity coming from your AirFloss may be caused by a clogged vent or nozzle. Before your next use, we would suggest to give your appliance a good wash by using a moist cotton swab to wipe along the edge of the reservoir door opening inside the water tank. Moreover, please make sure to rinse both the reservoir and the nozzle with water to get rid of any potential debris left. You can find the full cleaning instructions at page 10 of the user manual.
This should help to enhance the intensity of your AirFloss. However, in case this does not solve your issue, please feel free to get in touch via social media. We’re available 24/7 on Facebook (Philips) and Twitter (PhilipsCare). Alternatively, you can reach out to us via the contact page on our website. One of our colleagues will then try their best to help you further.
It hurt my husband’s gums so he would not use it. This is his third Philips AirFloss. The preceding ones died after a year but he loved them so much he bought more. Fortunately, one of the failed ones was replaced under warranty and he uses that one instead. This one is not recommended.
