Dies after 6 months use.

This is the second time I have invested in this product. First time I forgot to register the item. Loved the ease of use. I used moth wash in the basin and feel mouth refreshed.
Unfortunately the item stopped working, it makes a loud noise but no pressure in the squirt. On this second one I have a two and half year warranty until 1/15/15. I'll check to see what the procedure is to replace this item.

I have used tge product fir 2 years with my IPPhone 4 and 4s and the skund box worked great. The sound quality is very lound. It is easy to use by having one touch volume up or down which syncs with my phone. Howevrr, I recently bought the galaxy 4s and can no longer use the unit because it is not compatible with android phone or the new IPhone 5 and above.
Pros: good sound quality
Cons: not compatible with new iphones, cannot be used with android devices

I loved my AirFloss. I used mouthwash in it and it made my mouth feel so fresh and clean. I used it morning and night until it stopped working. Now I put it on the charger. It lights up, but when I push the button to floss, the light goes out and nothing happens. So sad.
Pros: left a great feeling
Cons: quit working

For anyone who doesn't get into flossing, like myself, this new product seems to be the easiest way without using the good ole dental floss. I will see my dentist in a few months, and will review with him the results of the air floss vs. the dental floss that I rarely used.

Pros: seems to have slowed plaque buildup
Cons: does not fit well on base; wobbly and falls off

Ease of Use, Very Effective = Great Product

Excellent product. I had tarter that the dentist was going to have to remove through an unpleasant procedure, but after using the Airfloss for 6 months, I returned to the dentist and is was completely removed. I've never been a flosser, so this product has improved my dental health dramatically. He even said, "I see you have begun flossing, because your teeth and gums are very healthy" I use a mouth rinse in mine.
Battery life is excellent. The only thing I can think of to make it better is the fluid chamber, if it were a bit larger. It lasts for 2 treatments. I assume this is to prevent bacterial growth, so that you have to refill the chamber often. It only takes a few seconds so this is very minor. I even travel with mine, and its very durable. My wife has even started using mine, and loves it.
