I am on my third replacement...I have a Philips toothbrush for over 12 years...never had a problem....airfloss is not built very well

Love this product. The only issue I have is that it doesn't hold its charge for very long. I've used it often, but then it stopped working. Then I read that it shuts down after a certain amount of time not being used! Is this suppose to happen even when it's charging. I find I have to leave it charging all the time.

Great Idea, Poor Design

I've just requested my 3rd replacement for the Airfloss Pro. Support though the mouthwash I was using caused it to stop functioning after about 3 weeks. The replacement stopped working after week and I was only using water. I had the original Airfloss for at least 2 years and never had any problems. It's a good thing that Philips has a decent warranty because their quality control seems to have taken an extended vacation.
Pros: my mouth feels great after use.
Cons: poor quality control in manufacturing

Started to use this product because I was not flossing regularly. Found it very easy to use and much quicker than conventional flossing. Now use it regularly after all meals. Mouth feels much cleaner and refreshed.
