I never owned or used an AirFloss Pro/Ultra, but the AirFloss Ultra is an excellent product, highly recommended by my periodontist and dental hygienist. I use it at least three times a day, when it is functioning. That's the problem, though. Its design and function are excellent, but too often the device does not work, for several different problems. Its design quality control is woefully lacking. I will continue to buy the product and return it for replacement when necessary. If Philips will resolve the manufacturing problems with the device, I'll never have to return one again. Buy it. Use and benefit from it.
I gave two stars only because it does work well and it has a warranty. This device is not sealed well. Water got into where the batteries and electric board is. After only three weeks of use it got stuck on spraying and I had to rip it apart to disconnect the battery. I've had a Sonicare tooth brush and a Norelco shaver for over two years now. I was expecting this to be the same build quality but after reading other reviews it sounds like a common problem. They have a two year warranty so they did replace it but it broke after only three weeks of use. I'm going to attempt to return the replacement to my dentist and look at some other options for gum care.

I’ve had two and both broke down with just a year of use.
