A necessity for those of us who hate, or can't floss

Always hated flossing, teeth are close together and it is a bother. Now, I have Parkinsons and can't even use a floss holder without getting upset trying to string the darn thing. This makes it easy for me to floss twice a day, which I have never done, and my dentist is much happier too. I use about one bottle, 16 oz, of their mouthwash a month so it isn't too bad. Fill it and it will use up the entire dispenser on one session. Just right for me.
I always string floss brush my teeth before bed....but the Air Floss has been a great product to use after I floss...it’s amazing how the powerful burst of air/water from the Air Floss will manage to dislodge a few particles that were missed after I stringed flossed and brushed my teeth. I can tell that my teeth and gums are cleaner.
It has potential but needs to be retooled. The instructions need to have proper pictures. It is better to be demonstrated first time by a hygienist. Controls are cumbersome.
When my husband bought the air flosser for my birthday, I was skeptical, but after a few uses, I am in love! I hate flossing with string floss because it feels unsanitary. This product lets me floss with mouthwash and definitely cleans better than just brushing. My mouth feels so clean after I use the air flosser and my dentist always tells me I am doing a great job with flossing. It broke after 6 months of use, and I was heartbroken; however, my husband was able to repair it and it's been flossing ever since. Won't live without this product!
Pros: cleans better than brushing, teeth feel so clean after using
I bought this as I am not so good at doing flossing and thought it would help. When it works I am impressed by the ability to dislodge bits stuck in my teeth. The problem is the switch to turn on. I push the switch and nothing happens. I called support, they had be empty and dry the unit and then try again. Worked OK for a while. Then went intermittent. Now won't turn on at all. Contacted the chat support and they were great. They will be sending a replacement unit. Let's hope it works better than the last one!
This prodcut seems right insomuch as it puts the wash where it's needed. I'm no scientist so I can't attest to the actual results but I suspect "...it can't hurt". I like the idea. The one issue I have is that the tips seems poorly designed. If the idea is to put wash in between the teeth, then the head should have more of a funnel design to assist in directing the wash into smaller spaces. The current design is not conducive to getting the wash in between the teeth...and it hurts a little. That's my 2 cents.
