This product performs well. I'm very happy with this product. The only problem that really happens often is the attachment tip. There's a perforation along the bottom or where the tip connects to the motor/pump. The tip breaks frequently. I travel so possibly it could break from travel. The design may have some function but would like to know more. The next generation I will not want to buy.
Great idea, easy to use however, didn't hold up well.

After 2 wks. of use it stopped working. Could hear it trying to cycle but was stuck inside. Exchanged it and was told by the clerk that very many were returned for the same issue. I have been using it for 4 wks. now with no trouble HOWEVER: I have not put any mouth rinse or water into the well, just using the air function as I suspect it simply gets gummed up. Hope for the best because I do like using it and my mouth surely feels cleaner. Needs some product development.
Unit #1 worked for 2 weeks and failed. Shop owner exchanged it and #2 worked for 2 weeks and died the same death, same problem. It is great while it woks, but not worth the money for 2 weeks use.
Absolutely better than traditional floss but I've heard the Philips water pick is better than the airfloss. The airfloss removes plaque which beats regular floss
Sonic care is very good but bit disappointed with the product

When I read the leaflet I was under the impression that there would be a quadrant alert every 30 seconds as per the brush I use in England - but this didn't happen. Having already used the product I didn't think I would be able to take it back. I've tried to do this in America before and been told that unless a product is defective, it's my fault. This is disappointing as I like the feature that tells me that I've cleaned each quarter of my gums and teeth properly.
