My Air Floss Pro went bad the first week of use. It had to be replaced. Fortunately, the replacement process went well. I now have a replacement unit and I am concerned it may fail too. So far it has been working fine. The pump part of the unit failed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product has a short life, up side is Philips has replaced the broken ones up to now, I've had four quit working and on my fifth now, only use once a day. Does the job so I keep using

The Airfloss Pro work very well but this will make the fifth one. They worked for about six weeks then died. I think that the manufacturing company quality control needs major work. PHILLIPS did stand behind their warrenty and replaced five times.
Pros: great product
Cons: new better quality control at the manufacturing

The AirFloss is a great product when it works. Before buying the AirFloss Pro (because I could not find replacement nozzles for the original AirFloss), I had its predecessor AirFloss. Under the warranty, this AirFloss was replaced twice because it stopped working. I bought the AirFloss Pro in December and it worked for 10 days before it would not start and had to be replaced under the warranty. So far, the replacement has worked fine.
Pros: works great when it works
Cons: have replaced 3 airfloss devices-failure to start.

The AirFloss Pro really works well. It is easy to use and clean. I like it because it does a better job than the old conventional way. And using mouthwash with it really freshens my mouth. Now that I have the AirFloss Pro, I don't mind flossing every day.
Pros: easy to use.
Cons: you can spray water everywhere.

I have been using this AirFloss Pro for a couple of months now and find it much easier to use than the traditional way of flossing. My teeth are very close together and I have always had a problem with the floss breaking or getting stuck between my teeth. This product makes it enjoyable to floss again.

I love this air floss. It removes particles even after brushing your teeth. And, using mouthwash in the water holder is great.

Not quite the pro I thought

I recently purchased the Sonicare AirFloss Pro - Interdental cleaner
HX8331/11 because my original Sonicare AirFloss Interdental - Rechargeable HX8211/02 stopped working, (not sure why). Well, needless to say I am very disappointed that the "pro" HX8331/11 does not work as well as the original HX8211/02. Plus, I can't use the flosser heads that I have for the original on the pro. I am seriously considering taking it back and using my husbands Waterpik instead. If you buy an Airflosser, go with the HX8211/02.
