I was so intrigued by this product and tired of using the standard plastic toothpicks for flossing. My friend got one and recommended to me. So I figured that I could not do any worse. Greatly surprised when it arrived. The ease and convenience of usage overwhelmed me. The mouth feels cleanly refreshed afterwards. I use it twice to three times a day and only on the first button which means one spray at a time. This is all I need really since it gets the job done. A nice adder to my already growing family of dental items. My sister also got one and she loves it! A product well worth the money.
Pros: easy to use, very simply to clean, gets the job done
This is my second flosser. Each lasted less than a year. While I loved how it cleaned, it stopped working for no apparent reason. The button was very hard to push when it was going out of service. I will not buy this product again.
This my second air flosser After several uses the trigger became harder to use. Needed to push much harder to activate. My biggest issue: When flossing between closely spaced teeth the flosser grinds (sounds like stripping gears) to squirt the fluid. In fact the flosser will lock up. No way to unlock but to bang on the counter.
I have used this product since before it was introduced into the market at the recommendation of my hygienist. This is my 6th unit. Works great! The problem is there are no instructions about how to clean it and care for it. The tank is impossible to dry out (I currently stuff toilet tissue in it nightly to dry it out), if you don't, over time it develops a yellow scum, very unsanitary. I travel and left my last unit without use for over 30-days. When I tried to use it, it was plugged internally with black scum, it would kick out a glob but would not allow the water to process through it. I threw it away. The tube will also develop scum and is impossible to clean. You need very specific instructions of how to care for and clean these units. The manual is a joke! Over time the reservoir cap will come off and although it can be reinstalled, over time you lose it as the connection weakens and it will not stay on. I love the size/weight of the unit and how it cleans between my teeth otherwise I would look elsewhere.
Pros: great size & shape, great pressure - works!
Cons: impossible to clean tank and nozzle, manual is a joke/useless, develops scum which can't be cleaned, no suggested cleaning techniques, cap for tank comes off over time and can get lost
I like the cleaning and gum care, but the Activation button is hard to use. I some times can't get it to work and the next it start work right away, but most of the time I can't get to work it is very frustrating I'll give up and go back later to use. The Activation button is my only complaint.
Excellent product but subject to premature failure.

I like using Air Floss Pro. It's a great product that is easy to use and does a great job; it's amazing to still find small food particles after using the Air Floss Pro which immediately followed vigorous brushing with my usual tooth brush. However, I have had 3 replacements of the unit due to complete lockups. I think these result from placing the discharge nozzle too tight against a tight gap between in the teeth and there is insufficient room for the wash to flow through the gap. There have been instances where this happened but the lockup was temporary and release occurred within a second or two. After several of these temporary lockups occur apparently a permanent lockup happens. No remedy is available. No mention is made in the owners manual regarding this difficulty or even precisely how to use the Air Floss Pro. Neither is any mention made to avoid mouth washes containing alcohol. According to customer service, alcohol will gum the works internally. The owner's manual needs a rewrite to include these two concerns.
