The best Air Floss that I have used

Over the years I've chosen many air flossers -- and used them regularly. The Philips has been the best so far.
Pros: the mouthwash and air are a perfect combination, quiet, once a week charge lasts for my twice daily use

My dentist sold me this product. I liked it when it worked. However, it failed and had to be replaced. When I got the new one, it failed as well. Unfortunately, the warranty is not being honored and I cannot get it replaced or refunded. I know the writing guidelines say to refrain from customer service, but when you buy a product, you buy the whole company.
Pros: easy
Cons: durability, customer service

Wish I'd checked the reviews first. Lots of issues. Bought three for family members. All three have malfunctioned. Two cracked at the seam, one just stopped working, and per the other reviews, just makes a quick hum. When they work(ed) they are great. The cracks, by the way, are at the front plastic seam; it just opens. I now need to call about the third one that is a problem. Love your products and have been a Phillips consumer for decades (shavers, trimmers, toothbrushes). This needs to be addressed and corrected...soon!

Cons: they have issues with performance & qual. control

Both the wife and I have used this product for several years and have been very satisfied having used it. Even our dentist has remarked how improved our teeth have been each visit we make to his office for routine exams and cleanings. Gum health and overall cleanliness of our teeth can certainly be attributed to the use of the Air Floss......

The third one broke after 2 weeks! I waited 2 weeks for the replacement, and the device worked for only 2 weeks. I love the way it works, I have used it when I am in a hurry and also after flossing, and my mouth feels so much cleaner! However, I never know when it will break. It is charged, lights up, but does not deliver the water, only makes a beep. I always thought of this brand as the one with the best quality dental hygiene devices, but I no longer think so. I am so disappointed!
Pros: cleans beautifully and quickly.
Cons: it stops working all of a sudden after a few weeks
