I really like this product! It is especially great for those of us that do not have the time or like to actually floss. I like that you can use water or mouthwash for the liquid part of the air flossing. I really like the ratio of air to liquid.
The only thing I don't like is the noise of the Flosser. It is a bit annoying.

I love the new approach to flossing and the compact size and less mess with mostly air and little liquid involved. The original unit only lasted about two months until it would not emit anything out the nozzle. Even with a full charge, it only made a humming sound and faintly sounded like it was trying to function. Your customer service was excellent to annalize the problem and replace the unit under warranty. The replacement unit mostly worked fine for probably less than two months but occasionally would just hum and not emit anything out the nozzle. Last night the unit would do nothing except hum after many tried even though there was no yellow lights indicating the the battery was getting low. I put it on the charger which initially showed left solid green light, middle green light blinking, and right light off. After overnight charge, all three lights were off. I tried to use the unit this morning and it did nothing but hum after several tried but then functioned ok.
Pros: good concept conpact less mess
Cons: dos not always work and short life

I never was a consistent flosser. It hurt, my hands were big, it was a messy and frequently difficult task. Now with my Sonicare Air-Floss Unit, not only am I flossing daily. No more bleeding and I'm done in a jiffy. My dentist is pleased with the improved cleaning and I like the good report from my dentist, better overall oral care, whiter teeth, better breath. I have recommended the Sonicare Airfloss unit to at least ten people and all have purchased units themselves and spread the word to many others. Great product from a pioneer in home hygiene equipment innovation.

I'll never go back to plain old flossing. My dentist recommended the air floss cleaner because of my inconsistent flossing. What a blessing! I chose the re-chargeable unit and am very happy with my choice.

I love what the product does when it is working. The product tends to clog, even with rinsing it out after every use & using the mouthwash that came with the air floss. The seam in front by the button splits, causing leakage.
I am now on my third air floss. This last one began to leak within one month.
