stopped working...i take really good care of product, following ALL cleaning features...this is my 2nd airfloss in 2 years...buzzing now...won't work; not sure i want to buy a 3rd one or purchase waterpick this go-around; very disappointed

They Fixed the Design!

Ok, my first AirFlosser was great for about three weeks then it broke. Charged ok, but made a high pitch sound when pressing the top button and would not pump anything.
I contacted the chat help, gave them my model and serial number and they agreed to send me another unit. They have fixed the problem and are replacing units that have malfunctioned.
I gave the item a good performance rating because I have faith that the engineers at Sonicare/Philips have corrected the design problem that made the unit unreliable. I am ready to give them another chance because the function of the unit, when it worked, was great. Really cleaned below the gums and between my teeth. I just don't use regular floss, but I will use this device. My mouth felt really clean after using it with a mouthwash.
Pros: excellent ability to clean between teeth, cleans below gum line, easy to use and doesn't make a mess, good charge life
Cons: reservoir is a little small
I would recommend this to a friend!

poor battery performance

This is the second air floss pro we have had. First one died ( stopped charging). Thought we would try again but same thing happened. Each one only lasted about two months. Would definitely would not buy again.
Pros: good concept
Cons: won't charge. need better charging system
