The nozzle heads are the problem ie they break sometimes when using to much pressure while flossing-replace r difficult to find.

The problem is the nozzle heads they are hard to find and reorder
They sometimes break when flossing by putting too much pressing on the tooth. Simple care of the product should also be noted in the flyer

When I first bought this product, I was skeptical about it's effectiveness. I'm sold! I didn't know at first that you are supposed to empty the reservoir when charging and my first unit died. Fortunately, it was still under warranty and Phillips prompty replaced it and sent me the label to return the old unit. I'm very happy with this company :)

problems with particular model that I purchased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd replacement of AirFlossPro HX8331/01.
Love the product when it works but never seems to make it to a year. Very annoying. Apparently problems with the handle. However, customer service is good and I have received replacements with no problem. I just wish they would send me one that works longer than 8 months. If this 3rd one does not work, I will refrain from buying Or recommending AirFlossPro. Perhaps this model should be replaced by a different one that works. If /01 is the date on model HX8331/01 I’d say they are sending me old product.

Both my children have permanent retainers on their teeth. During cleaning the tech would sometime break the retainer to do a good clean. The AirFlosser when use consistently and correctly will allow for healthier gum and teeth and keep the tech from a panic attack when the kids go far a routine cleaning every 6 months.

Purchased my second unit for the road. I like the original nozzles but the pro reservoir is the best design improvement. Have had for three years and no issue unless mouthwash left in reservoir too long without use as becomes stuck.
Pros: reservoir and time saving

My old Sonicare flosser finally gave up the ghost after almost 5 years of use! I hope this one is just as reliable. I really like the 1, 2 or 3 pulse mode spray. It actually saves time while cleaning better. This unit has a bigger reservoir to accommodate the multi mode spray function. It looks like they thought of everything.
Pros: has a mulitmode 60 second clean routine

I love this product and have had 2 of this model. I tried cleaning it last night but now it is not working. It had gathered some dirt under the button that pushes the water out. It hasn't worked since though. Trying to find another one of this same model number.
