We have been happy with the results of using the Sonicare Airfloss Ultra. W had one that died and took too long to get it replaced as we had just changed dentists. We feel it does what we expect it to do and we have no complaints. It is easy to use.

This is my favorite flossing tool...it leaves your teeth feeling so clean and free of food and bacteria. It is easy to use with water or mouth wash. A great product everyone should have as part of their teeth health regime.

The flosser does get the food out. Not sure if there is a speed control to make it stronger. I wish it had come with a second nozzle for my husband to use. It does what it is supposed to do and I'm surprised when I see bits of food come out.
Pros: it works
Cons: need better instructions on it's use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dental hygienist recommended for past year but I just bought it and have used it for past two weeks. It really works and mouth feels so refreshed! I have use of only one hand due to stroke, so it really works for me.

This is an excellent product. I have had only one Air Flosser that did not work as expected; however, it was under warranty and was replaced by Philips.
My Dental cleanings have been much better after using the Philips air flosser, There is less tarter which means there is less scraping and bleeding during my dental cleaning..

I really like the air flosser but do find it abit ackward to press the button that releases the air/water. I'm sure I will get used to it.
Pros: easy and quick to use
Cons: the air release button is in abit of a tricky spot
