Repeated issue where flosser no longer works

The first AirFloss pro I had lasted approx 2 months until it no longer worked. I called Philips and was sent a new one. This one lasted about 2.5 weeks before it no longer worked. The unit was was fully charged, the button to spray stopped working both times.
When the unit worked it did a good job of cleaning; although due to this repeated issue I will not purchase again.

I like this air flossed way better than the string floss. You don’t ha e to see what you are pulling out from between your teeth (which is gross).
Pros: convenient

The only issues I've had - my oldest one stopped taking a charge.
My second one had a nozzle break, I ordered PHILLIPS replacement nozzles, but they did not fit correctly and the water sprays out the area where it connects to the handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Dentist recommended this product to me when it first came out on the market. I loved it so much I replaced it with the same product. It has greatly reduced my problems with my gums.
Pros: easy to use, good for your teeth and health., good price

My only "complaint" is that even when using hot water and mouthwash mixed, I still seem to end up with a cool-ish liquid coming out of the device. I have super sensitive teeth and prefer to use warm water for brushing and mouth-rinsing. Somehow, by the time the liquid makes its way from the reservoir to my teeth it is no longer warm.
Otherwise, a good product!
