I'm really pleased with the product, I just had a bit of a problem at first with ensuring that the wand was fully inserted into the AirFloss Nozzle but after reading the instructions more closely was able to pop into place.
I have noticed a remarkable improvement in the whiteness of my teeth as well as product portability. This product would be really great for individuals who need to travel as its compact and it can be packed into a suitcase.
What a wonderful stocking stuffer!
Pros: compact, reservoir easy to clean out, easy usage
Cons: plastic wand

Great product, but …………

I wore off already two, they have an active life of about 2 years of daily use, than it stops never to start up again. After that I used the "Ultra" for a while, but that one is not strong enough. This one gives one strong blow as the Ultra gives more soft blows. For some people the best, but I need the strong blow as the Ultra doesn't remove all it should.
Pros: strong water/air blow, cleans well, the dentist is very satisfied since i started
Cons: relatively short life.

First purchase seized after 10 months use. Replacement seized after 2 months use. Good warranty and product but defective construction
Pros: good warranty, excellent function
Cons: mechanically not up to phillips standards

It took a little getting used to but I like using the AirFloss. MUCH better than flossing with dental floss. I hated trying to use the dental floss and I could never get into a routine of flossing so I rarely did. Now I use the AirFloss almost every time I brush. I brush with my Sonicare toothbrush first and then use the AirFloss and it is very satisfying to see that it often gets more seeds, etc from between my teeth. I just use water (no mouthwash necessary). My teeth and my mouth feel so clean that I feel better all over. Wish I had bought both of these sooner.
Pros: far superior to floss, easier to use than floss
Cons: a little messy
