So far working fine after 3 months

Have read some reviews questioning reliability. I feel if anyone having problems after short period of use are ignoring instructions to rinse with water after use and fire flosser until empty.I use bottled water to be sure no dissolved solids plug it up. Buying them for whole family for xmas as very easy to use,perfect if you hate flossing
Pros: easy to use daily and check-up good after 3 weeks

I am not convinced this product performs as advertised. I seems to me that my portable Water PIK product did a more thorough job. Over all I am disappointed and regret purchasing

Great product when it works

I have used the Sonicare Air Flossers for over 5 years now. They are great when they work. I am on my 3rd one in 2 years.
I am not a regular flosser, so the air flosser is a great substitute. My gums remain in good condition. I will continue to purchase and use this product. I guess I should check with Phillips about their warranty.

Cons: dont last very long in my case 8-9 months at most

I think the flosser is good to travel with instead of a bulky, big water pic. I just wish it had a carry case and extra nozzles!!
Pros: convenient
Cons: no carry case for traveling, comes with only one nozzle, can't clean on inside of mouth around teeth

This is actually my second one. The first lasted not quite 6 years. I have teeth that are very close together which makes flossing impractical as it damages my gums when I actually get the floss between my teeth. Threaders don't fit and are impractical due to time. My dental assistant and dentist actually noticed a marked difference when I started using and my gum health has only gotten consistently better since. Thanks for giving me a flossing alternative that works!
Pros: long lasting, marked improvement in gum and teeth health
Cons: will make gums bleed the first few times used
I would recommend this to a friend!
