These flossers work great but it appears the battery doesn’t last longer than three years. The company doesn’t stand behind at the on the warranty.
Cons: hope lasts longer than my first one!!!!

Battery died in less than 3 months

The battery died in less than 3 months. My wife threw out the receipt so this product goes to the landfill. DO NOT BUY HX8340A sonicare airfloss pro.
Cons: battery died; won't recharge

I had one of your first versions of this product and found that it worked better than this new one. I feel that this one does not have as strong of a water stream so I always feel like it did not “floss” as well as the original. Luckily, I always floss the normal way before I use your product. I will still recommend it as it is a good thing for those that do not regularly floss.

It states that this product removes plaque. Yes it does. I had used the AirFloss Pro for 2 1/2 weeks and was up for a dental cleaning. I was told I should go every 4 months as I always get plaque build up. Had missed the 4 month deadline so I figured lots of plaque. When the hygienist checked my teeth she said that they looked really good, hardly any plaque. I would highly recommend this product. It really works.
