Makes flossing easier to do!

I learned about the Airfloss Pro/Ultra and requested to purchase it from my dentist. After receiving the product and setting it up with a full 24hr charge, I received great benefits from it. The product is a great way to floss and is a great way to supplement manual string flossing as well.
The product is used at night and takes time to use properly but I am learning and I am receiving a great benefit to my oral care. I noticed that “fine tuning” with string floss is easier when I do it because the Air Floss takes the challenge away! Flossing can be a real chore and cause bleeding so Airfloss is a great alternative !
I also ordered a charge and fil device to make it even easier to use Airfloss Ultra . This product is used with my Diamondcare Smart and is a great routine which promises to create greater success at the dentist. I look forward to reviewing the results with my dentist and even enjoying the flossing experience!
Pros: enjoyable and easy to use, a refreshing feeling after flossing, string floss does feel as good!, the mouthwash is more effective with the airfloss

Not working properly

Purchased Air floss in Jan 2019 stopped working in May 2019 received a replacement in May 2019.Now beginning of July 2019 and unit is not working again.Frustrating

WORKS AS EXPECTED

When I use it my mouth always feels so much fresher than when I don't. I wish they lasted a little longer. Philips has always been good at replacing a defective product. This is the 4th one I purchased. I have received 3 replacements under warranty. Never the less, I'd be lost with out one. Works much better than a Water Pik.
Pros: great when it works
Cons: not so great when it doesn't

Worked well for first few weeks.

Worked well for first few weeks after purchase then began showing problems.
First one of the led lights on the power switch wouldn't illuminate then the power switch wouldn't turn off finally it won't turn on again.
It's going back to the store for an exchange or refund.
It has 30 month manufacturer warranty so I'll try another but I'm not holding out hope from the reviews I've read.
Pros: unit worked well as promoted for every family memb
Cons: like many reviews for this product - a disappointm
