I am in the dental field and love this product!
There are some glitches and it is a matter of using it properly and knowing what to do and not do! I have had my air flosser for 5 years.
My family of four 2 kids and 2 adults use it everyday with our own tips and no issues. My daughter has braces and it is the best!

This is the third one we have bought. It is the only style that we like, but it seems to break down very easily which they are known for. So i will have to call again to get a replacement. The warranty is great but the headache is not so great.

We understand your disappointment in your AirFloss not being able to hold a charge and would like to kindly advise you to check some things that might be able to bring it back to life. Have you left your device on its charger for over 24 hours? Leaving your device is a good way of ensuring that the AirFloss stays charged, this will not damage the device though. When it is fully charged, it should be able to last at least up to 2 weeks (or 14 uses). Another thing you could try, is plugging the charger into a different socket. Stopped Working

Performance slowly eroded until stopping working all together. Pump won't work and battery won't charge. I have replaced it and sent old one back to Philips
Pros: best product i've used for the purpose of flossing
Cons: completely stopped working in less than a year
