Positives:
The packaging was very nice. The tape and plastics protecting the printer was reassuring.
I like the energy saving and economic settings. This is a great printer for the price. On top of that, Canon seems to have very affordable ink prices in comparison to my previous all in one (there ink was outrageous).
Double Sided Printing is very smooth and quiet.
The size is perfect for a small office / home base business (which is what I would use it for)
The quality of copies and also the faxing was very good.
Questionable issues: They should include a hard copy manual to set up the wifi, standard instructions on how to maneuver around the touch screens and settings...etc.
In order to set up the wifi it commanded me to Touch WPS button on access point was very confusing.... (I didn't know the access point they were referring to was my wireless router)
It doesn't print a fax confirmation page automatically.
It should have arrows indicating that you need to swipe left and right to get to the next screen.
I would not recommend this to someone who is not computer and touch screen savvy

Very Impressive

I was really impressed with it’s printing performance and the quality of those print jobs. It prints out my Excel spreadsheets much faster than my last home printer.
My most favorite feature on this printer is the “Cloud” which is located on the LCD display screen. You have the ability to access many different Cloud depots like Google drive, Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive. Very nice!
There was minimal product assembly which was easy enough, even for me.
I feel that this printer exceeds my expectations. The LCD screen featured impressive categories like the "Eco Setting” and the “Records of Use”. I also liked that when replacing an ink cartridge, the printhead aligns itself for each specific cartridge – no chance of getting that wrong. I was particularly impressed that this Canon printer also has two drawers for printing either paper or labels or envelopes.
I would like to see that LCD screen be just a little more sensitive.
Apart from that, I would definitely recommend this printer to a friend or family member. I feel that for a small home office, it performs above average and gets the job done fast.
Overall, my impressions with this class of Canon printers far exceed my expectations with its quality.

This printer is a great value and you get plenty of bang for your buck. Set up was easy peasy and connecting to network was even easier. Love the auto feeder for scanning and able to scan many pages. Also the 500 sheet capacity is great! I like the color touch screen controls and multiple print capabilities as well. Perfect for a small business or home based business. I have really saved on ink usage compared to my old printer and the quality of prints are fantastic. I would highly recommend this Canon Maxify printer.

"Smooth Operator"

This is a very versatile, multi-function all-in-one device. Setup was simple and took approximately 45 minutes (using a USB connection) and the on-screen instructions are easy to follow. Some of the options on the MB2320 were also surprising. I found the quiet mode and scanner options very helpful while the unit operates in my office. Being able to scan and attach the file as an email saves not only key strokes, but time locating the file on my desktop.
In addition to the above, I also found the double-paper tray extremely helpful. I can't count how many times my work has been stalled because of having to reload a single paper cartridge system. The ink cartridges are pretty reasonably priced, and the Cannon MB2320 runs an auto printer cartridge head cleaner program to ensure even print quality. No paper jams to date!

Fast Speed and Easy to Use Printer

This is a fast printing and easy to use printer. I was impressed by how fast the pages came ripping out in color and the setup out of the box is simple. There are clear instructions to follow but you'll need to setup the printer to your wireless at home and for that important part, I needed the online portion of the instructions to connect wirelessly. To get that you do need to go online and follow the easy instructions. Their website address is included in the in-the-box directions. After that, it took me about ten minutes to get up and running. This printer comes with a CD also - for Windows devices only, and the manuals are online, as well.
The best part of using this printer, for me, was that I easily printed with it from my mobile phone. I downloaded a Canon Easy Print app to my phone. There were several so I just picked the one that said "easy".
I also like how this Canon printer has two paper trays. It can handle different sizes and media up to legal size. Easy to keep two types of paper in at once. The inks were fairly easy to load. It's too early to tell but they looks like they will last. The printer is rather large, but it has a flatbed scanner, fax, and the two paper trays, which makes it a workhorse.
All in all, I found this printer super easy to setup, use and print. Full-color pages still needed to dry a little after you print them, I think it should have a few more instructions for wireless networking and compatibility with Mac's/phones in the box, and I wish it printed on tabloid paper, so I gave it four stars instead of five. But basically, this printer is a rapid fire printer, and if you need an all in one, fast printer with all the bells and whistles i.e. printer, legal paper size, fax and scanner for the small office, this really will get the job done.

Great printer overall

First of all, I am impressed by the look of the 2320. It looks very professional- like an office printer or something. It is lighter than you would expect. At first, I was concerned about the quality of the build of this product, but it makes sense that it is lightweight and the lightweight design does not affect the quality of the product. The hinges on the doors are pretty sturdy and the paper cartridges at least have metal runners. The product also comes ready to use. There are a few pieces of plastic that you have to pull out to allow the moving pieces to move, but otherwise set up is a breeze. I take that back- physical assembly is a breeze. I had a few problems connecting this printer and getting it all aligned. The problems associated with connecting the printer to my wifi was more the fault of my modem and router than of this printer. I found it much easier just to find my network and enter the password rather than the WPS method. So after a failed attempt with the WPS function, I very easily found my network and entered the password. This opened allowed me to play with the cloud functioning of the printer. The problem I had with the set up came from trying to get through the printer’s alignment process. It said it would take about 3 minutes, which eventually it did. The printer kept jamming with the paper I was feeding it. I am not sure if I was using poor quality paper or something, I thought it was actually pretty good , standard, letter size, ultra white, printer paper. But the printer kept grabbing the whole stack. So I tried putting in one page at a time. The printer kept grabbing it too quickly and getting jammed. All and all, it was a good experience in the long run because I learned how easy it was to unjam this printer. It is very easy to unjam this printer. The touch screen has instructions and pictures that show you just how to do it, but basically you spin the printer around and the back is open. You can grab the panel and it flips down, exposing the inner workings- and you can pull the jammed paper out. This printer jammed several times as I was setting it up, so I became an expert. Finally, I got to use the printer. I sent the printer a picture of my fiancé and I. It was a little confusing because I had the glossy B5 paper in wrong so the picture printed on only half the paper. This was due to my own user error. The picture was amazing. It had really crisp, bright colors and it looked as if I picked the picture out from a professional printing service. The picture was a little dark, but I believe this was because of the format and not because of the printer itself. I found that the picture took a little bit longer to dry than on my previously owned printer. However, I found that this printer prints pictures much faster than my previously owned printer. Therefore, just as a caveat, your picture will come out quickly, but hold it by the edges for a few seconds to prevent ink from getting on your hands- even in touching it before it was dry, the picture didn’t smudge or anything- it just got all over my hands. So in conclusion this is a really great printer. It prints pictures and text files with great speed and clairity. My favorite feature is the connectivity on the touch screen. I am able to access my google drive and other online picture services and print directly from the cloud. It is very easy to assemble although I had some trouble getting it connected online and getting paper to align in it. Quality wise, the printer is very lightweight but not at a cost of printer quality. It seems like it will be a great printer that will last me a long time. I would like to use the printer more to see how fast it uses up ink. Ink is getting so expensive so the less ink this printer uses the better. I would absolutely recommend this printer to anyone whom is looking for a decently priced all-in-one which can quickly print high quality pictures and can handle the printing associated with a typical household.

Quality Printer for the price.

We got this printer for our home office as a multi functional printer. Set up took a little bit of time but after that it has been super easy to use. Holds a lot of paper, wireless printing works great, prints relatively quickly. Reason I give 4 out of 5 is because the print and scan speed are a little slower than some other models but other than that It's a great overall printer, copier, scanner, fax. You can't beat it for the price point. I would definitely buy it again.
