I have been using my MB2020 for several months and still haven't figured out how to scan a document into my email. The instruction manual, in my opinion, is very poorly written. It prints almost as well as my previous Canon but I am not impressed. Maybe that is why the special price.

I was impressed with the printer for the price of the machine. It prints copies with sharp color and I didn't experience any trouble with it. I have an office at home and the size of the machine is very manageable. Plus the ability to handle copies, faxes and scans is a real perk. The wireless aspect makes my desk less cluttered. It exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this printer to anyone in the market for a printer. The only drawback is not as fast as most laser printers, but for the money it is tough to beat. Plus the replacement toner is much less expensive than a laser printer.

I used this printer immediately and was amazed at how fast it would print, copy and scan. i have another printer which is much slower and I think uses ink like water. The Canon printer's fax process is easy and accurate, the scan and copy feature is quick and copies are clear and true to original. It is lite weight and not very bulky, fits evenly squared into a work space within reach. I also like the wireless functions though it did accept my wifi laptop, it did not print. I will look into that. Overall I like the Canon printer and do recommend this product.

I was dreading opening the box because I don't like installations. Only took a minute to get everything out and sorted. Setup was mostly easy except the pictures are confusing. I wish they had some words to go along with it. I really liked the ink cartridge installation. Not messy and a nice click to let you know it's in. I'm not sure why you leave the paper drawer half open as it looks weird.
I am totally stumped as to how to print from my tablet. Still trying to work that out. I've installed several aps but getting nowhere. The copy function works great

Installation was straightforard but printer does not have enough settings to personalize to my likings. Slow wireless printing although quality was good. faxing worked flawlessly & was very easy to set up. Cannot get the email to printer to function at all- i followed the directions precisely.

I dont know much about electronics and setting them up, when this came in the mail it was a little daunting. Let me tell you, it was the easiest setup I could imagine. I assumed I would have to connect wires and all that, nope not one wire. It was awesome, I connected it to my wireless network (super easy, instructions were on screen to help if needed) and away I went. I printed a couple of papers off right away to make sure it worked and it did. I was a little frustrated as it wouldnt print the next paper, then I realized it was my laptop that needed to be updated (not related to the printer), I made a couple copies to make sure that worked and scanned a few things into my computer and it worked flawlessly. Seriously the easiest setup I could have imagined, excellent work Canon,
