Dual Flame Burner is limited

The range looks great and no complaints with the oven. However, the dual flame burner on the right front is very limited in the range of flame used. It is either at full blast on High but once you turn it down to about medium the flame goes to strictly the inner core burner on a very, very low flame which would hardly simmer. I have tried adjusting the flames to no success. The adjustment just increases the flame when on High. basically only 2 settings, High and barely a simmer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The control panel melted within the 1st 30 days and discoloration occurred on two parts of the oven. Poor design and poor quality. Do not recommend if you actually plan on using this product to cook on a regular basis.

Great Stove!

If you have children and/or love to cook - this stove is for you! Big capacity convection oven lets you bake several batches of cookies at the same time. Pizza and nuggets buttons make it a snap to prepare kid friendly meals and when you are entertaining the keep-warm drawer makes it a snap to 'stage' your finished foods. It was my first Thanksgiving with it and it fit a 15lb turkey, and two casseroles at the same time! I would HIGHLY recommend it.

Great pizza oven

We had not been that big on pizza for some time but this oven is so great for pizza we prefere take & bake to going out! But it does everything great!
I am hoping we can find a griddle top for it someday!

I purchased this range for the wonderful options and professional quality of options. I did a lot of research, and it truly is a five star work horse. I have had it about eight months now and it has performed perfectly with no problems and no disappointments in its ability or appearance. The customer service line was very polite and helpful when I called about the little stoppers on the burner grates falling out. They quickly sent me more stoppers and a professional grade glue to help them stay in. I love my stove, and visitors comment on its professional appearance. Also, the stainless does not easily show finger prints, thanks for that!

I've had this product for 8 months with no real issues. Someone else had mentioned that it seemed that the burners were too far away from the bottom of the pots, I would agree. When you crank up the flame to increase heat the flames flare out to the edges of the pot which is ineffective & inefficient. I like the appearance and the hard glass touch controls. The convection feature is nice.

This product is beautiful. I truly lov it's easde of use. The features are simple. My favorite is the delay start. It's perfect for having food warmed when guest is coming straight after church.
