Great cooktop for the price!

Nice gas stove and looks nice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a home with a very old and beyond dirty gas stove which also was a Frigidaire. The install did require at rim to our granite countertop and so I don't understand why there's no standardization? Regardless, it works well and looks nice.

Heavy-Duty & Powerful Cooktop

Easy to use and cooks quickly.

The grates are fantastic because you don't have to lift the pots. You can just slide them to a different burner. It cooks amazingly. Gets hot very fast. Easy to clean as well.

This was the best choice after doing lots of research. I love the knob location & 5-burner feature. So excited to be cooking on a great brand as well!

Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cooktop has a lot more BTU output than my previous one, and so it's great for bringing things up to a boil and searing foods, but it's hard to simmer on it. We turned down (adjusted) the burner flame as low as it could go, but it still is too much for a true simmer (thus the four star rating vs. 5 star). I had to buy a couple of gas stove diffusers to be able to simmer. Aside from the simmer issue, I love everything else about it. It lights very easy, and looks very nice with the cast iron crates over the black enamel.

This Cooktop is a Great Upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 4 burner 30” Whirlpool gas cooktop with the 5 burner Frigidaire Gallery. I got the black as it’s easier to keep clean than stainless.We did not want to re-template our granite counters. The width fit and I had a carpenter cut 3/4” or so off the back to conform the depth opening to fit. The cooktop comes set for natural gas. I had my licensed heating guys stop by to convert it to use with propane. I may have them back to lower the “low” settings as they are hotter than needed for that setting. It’s a beautiful cooktop. We love the fast boil large burner in the center. While we needed professional help with the installation, we are very pleased with our choice. It’s a great upgrade!
