I always wanted a convection oven and since obtaining this one, I know why. It cuts cooking time and saves energy. I couldn't be happier. The only drawback is raising and lowering the cooking temperature means you have to cancel and reset. Would be better if it had an up and down temp button.
I would recommend this to a friend!
