Pleasantly Surprised

I received this product free in exchange of my honest opinion. First off, i was very skeptical. I wasn't sure this was going to do anything at all. I spend 90% of my work day sitting at a desk. I really enjoyed the fact that it was a sleek and compact design that didn't take up much space. It was very simple to use with 1 button and 3 intensity settings. When i first turned it on it took some getting use to. I felt like my eyes had to adjust a bit to this type of light. Overall, i believe this product improved my energy levels slightly while at work. More importantly i believe it had a positive effect on my mood especially on those gloomy days. Some days are really tough to get through especially given the weather here. I really look forward to using this product during the winter months when i feel like energy and mood are a real struggle.
Pros: ease of use, compact design, improved mood

It really works!

Ok, like everyone else I was a bit skeptical. I mean, how can a light help with energy? I can attest, that it does actually work, if you stick with it.
First, this light is bright. I had to work my way up to the brightest setting. It is so bright that it almost hurts to look directly at it. Which is probably why they advise against looking directly into it.
Second, it takes some time to notice the effects. You can`t expect to notice it instantly, but if you keep with it,you will see a difference in energy levels. It took about 2 weeks and now my 2pm-3pm dip in energy is a thing of the past.
Very thankful that I received a free sample to review, because I am not sure that I would have believed it works, but it does! I would recommend it.

Unsure but willing to keep using it

I received a free sample of of this Blue Light to review and overall I am happy with it so far. It is incredibly easy to use - all you need to do is plug it in and press a button. I have a lot of trouble waking up in the morning so I have been using this in in my bathroom while doing my hair & makeup every morning. So far I haven`t noticed it being easier to get out of bed -however I have noticed that I start feeling tired earlier in the evening so I am hoping that means my circadian rhythms as starting to shift. I wish that I noticed some changes in the morning - either it being easier to wake up or feeling more awake when I do get up but I haven`t seen that yet. Perhaps with continued use it will happen. I will continue to use it & see how I feel. I am hoping that I will notice a difference during the dark, winter months but I won`t be able to test that out for a couple more months.
Pros: easy to use clean design
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've heard about lights like these, but was skeptical. I was given this one in exchange for an honest review. I was surprised the first couple of days by how bright even the lowest setting was, but I quickly got used to it. I use it for about a half hour in the mornings when I first get to work. It is really hard to tell if I`m getting more energy and happiness by using it, but I see no ill-effects, and I`ll continue to use it through the winter for sure.

Little light with big benefits

I received this energy light as a sample in exchange for my honest opinion. Overall I liked the light. It's compact size made it easy to store and travel with. It gave off plenty of light and I really liked the different levels of light to choose from. It took me a few days to get used to it and I would develop a small headache that went away quickly. I did feel more energized and could get through my day a little more easily. I would definitely recommend this light.
Pros: compact, easy to use, good instructions

I received a free sample of this blue energy light in exchange for a review and was overall satisfied with the product. There was little assembly and it was very easy to setup. It is also very simple to use by simply clicking the only button on the device which increases the brightness of the light with each touch of the button. I received the product in the fall and definitely noticed a difference in mood on dreary rainy days, and I look forward to using it all winter to combat the winter blues. Overall, this is a great product which is very easy to use, and a great mood booster.

Natural energy, u won't even realize

I recieved the Energy Lights HF3422 as a free sample to review this product and overall I love the product the first couple of days I placed it in my room and then these past two days in my sons room. At first I really thought this would not work but it works and u don't even realize it. I am not a morning person and neither is my son I am the hit the snooze button 3 times type of person. I would have my fiancé turn it o. When he left out now the light is bright even at its lowest capacity but once ur eyes adjust u won't wven notice it. I found my self with an extra pep in my step. Not to much I just wasn't complaining as much I just had energy naturally, I really believed when my son started to naturally have some umph in his morning ritual. He's so slow and he seemed to be moving faster. All in all this product does work and it takes some getting use to

Worth a shot

I received a free sample of this product in exchange for sharing my honest opinion. Overall, I was impressed with the Energy Light`s sleekness and aesthetics. The minimalist design felt modern in both my home and in my office, where I used the light most often. I was happy to discover that the blue light could comfortably bathe both my boyfriend and I in blue light as we ate dinner or sat in front of the TV. I was also surprised by how bright the blue light can be; it`s adjustable for good reason! I did feel more alert while using the light, but I`m not sure how much those effects transferred over into times when I was not using the light. I`ll continue to experiment with the light at home and in the office to get a better grasp on long-term results, but I would recommend giving this a shot if you find your energy dipping during longer workdays!
