Door window shattered

We’ve had this product for two years and the door window shattered out of no where. Ive never put any hot trays or any dishes on the door so Im really surprised and frustrated that this happened. Its a new house and this appliance came with the home. I would have never gotten it had I had to choose. I dont recommend this product to anyone

Excellent oven, big upgrade from the 3000 series that we had previously. Convection browns things incredibly evenly, love the interior lights! The Slate color is very classy as well.
