One big problem I have identified

Richard has identified the following problem with this oven. The touch screen is too sensitive. It's placed just above the handle to the oven and if, as many people do you have towel or two hanging from the door handle, the chances are good that removing or replacing that towel will start the oven. Additionally, the sensitivity of the touch screen means that often you have to enter and clear the temperature several times in order to get the correct temperature because you may accidentally touch a number twice.

Nice size

I love the three racks and the interior size. However, there is one feature I do not like. It takes forever for the oven to preheat and this is a BIG thing to me, as I use my oven a great deal.

Nice Oven

Nice oven. Runs a little warm but will get used to that. Looks nice but stainless steal shows fingerprints bigtime. The oven is much noisier than my previous oven which was a Kenmore. It makes a clicking noise intermittently during entire baking time. Has a blower that blows warm air into kitchen even when you're not using the convection function. It will take some getting used to. Considering everything I wouldn't purchase again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
