A dream for cookies

The convection feature enables endless racks of cookies to be baked evenly. Baking of other items is reliable and easy. Quick heat up, good display and easy to use, round out a good oven.

We bought this oven to replace our 20 year old wall oven.We just love it! WE are now using the convection part most of the time.Temperature in the over is accurate and is much better than our old oven. Quality built oven.

Great replacement

My old 25yr old pair of 30" Thermador convection ovens finally gave up. Their computers bit the dust during an electric storm. I would have replaced them with the same brand, but the manufacturer does not have ovens that would fit without extensive cabinet modifications. I have had that brand for 50yrs, so I was disappointed that they had nothing with the same dimensions. I searched for 3 months looking for something that would fit my custom cabinets. When I finally found these GE ovens were a perfect fit to my cabinets, I ordered a pair. The installer (a company I had used in the past) popped out the two old ovens and installed the two new ones in under an hour. Perfect fit and matches my other appliances nicely. I immediately turned both of them on at 400 degrees and let them go for four hours to burn off that new oven smell. I like that the oven temperature display show the actual temperature as the units warm up and that it beeps when it gets to the set temperature. These ovens have lots of nice features and I like all of them except one. In convection mode the computer tries to convert from bake time mode to convection time mode and does not cook as long as I want it to. So, some things are under cooked. I think this feature can be turned off so that it will work like my old ovens did. Otherwise, these GE ovens work excellently. I am pleased with these ovens and would recommend them.
