I really enjoy the cooking features and size of this built-in oven. It has plenty of room to cook several things and always cooks evenly on the inside and outside of food. The convection speeds up the process when you need to save time and the vent puts the heat out at the bottom of the oven. I sjtay close to that on cold, wintery days...

Works well, but controls not intuitive

Good oven, like the options for cooking, convection works well, the door open alarm times out very quickly and is often a pain in the neck, the timer controls are not intuitive ("timer on" only lets you set it up--it's not for starting it, so it's a different button), touchpad too sensitive--often get double digits, only has 6 rack positions instead of the 7 I've had on other GE ovens.

This oven is easy to use. The door is light weight and I love the size of the glass on the door. When you're baking, you can clearly see in your oven. I love it!

variety of baking method choices are delightful!

I'm learning appropriate methods! Best for my use was to slow bake at 170 degrees a most succulent ham and high temp roast a spatchcocked turkey (70 min) and hen slow cook beef roast at 170 degrees after a 500 degree sear! Fun!
