Delightful cooking

I love my new oven especially the convection oven. I've been play with the oven a lot, cooking anything and everything. Love the features on this oven. Using the convection future is so easy and it does make a difference. I love my new oven.

I've only had for a month but please so far....based on my experience with my GE fridge, the bar is set low though. Only real complaint is (as others also have noted) the touch pad is very sensitive.

First time baking a pie in oven and juice from pie overflowed onto bottom of oven. Next day I cleaned the oven using the-self cleaning method on the oven. It left a huge discolored stain in the bottom of my new oven. It looks like finish has been removed where the stain is and and now looks like an old oven. Disappointed. My old oven looked better inside. Oven slow to heat up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If any spots remain on the interior of the oven after the use of the self clean cycle, a soap filled scouring pad (SOS) may be used to remove spots. Rinse thoroughly. Hair-lined crack may also appear in the porcelain. This is normal.

clean lines but fan is noisy

Had to replace my 7 year-old GE Profile PT920 because the touch screen died. (Disappointing) This replacement has nice clean lines (glad it doesn't have the same touch screen) but the fan is pretty noisy when it it warming up and on convection cycles. I miss the easy roll out rack that came with the previous model I had, sadly the old one doesn't fit this oven. On the upside this oven is slightly bigger inside. Installation was easy and I like to double lights, from the top and the side.

We have used the wall oven only 3 or 4 times since the purchase, but our impression is that the product works well and is dependable. Additional usage will be a better indicator. So far, so good!

We had to buy a new stove and we new that GE products have a good reputation. Since I have use it I love it. I had to get use to using a new stove because mine was so old but now we have new and I am very happy with it's performance.
