Great, even baking with multi racks!

GE was the only oven I found that had all the features I wanted: 30", convection- (the one I had was 24", non-convection),3 porcelain coated racks, it would fit under my cook top and black (and didn't cost a fortune!). With 3 racks, I can get a triple batch of cupcakes in at the same time, and they come out perfectly!

design blunder

I loved the alternative to stainless and was replacing another 30" GE wall oven that had lasted about 10 years. You'd think they'd fit in the same hole. Nope. Installers had to cut cabinets and raise cabinet doors so now I have raw wood exposed and holes. The slight bow in the top of the oven (they did the same thing with the microwave trim kit) was a REAL problem.

Almost fit

I replaced a GE Profile wall oven (20 years old) with a new one. I had to change the back of the cabinet to accommodate the new oven shape and flex conduit. The guaranteed to fit claim doesn't always apply. We would have preferred an almond colored oven to blend in with our other appliances.

Enjoying baking once again!

Basically, I am fairly happy with this product - still trying to adjust to oven temps and timing, especially for baking. Takes a long time to heat up to set temperature and the convection fan is a little noisy. I use the steam cleaning feature frequently and it works great.

Excellent Unit

I have had this unit for a little under a month. In this time i have used both the convection and normal bake modes and it has cooked my items to perfection.This oven replaced a GE profile convection that finally quit after 20+ years of dependable service. Very quiet when running...time will tell but so far very impressed.
