Louder than a jet plane

This is the loudest appliance I have ever owned! It sounds like a jet plane starting up and doesn't quit until you turn it off. It takes forever to warm up and doesn't heat the second shelf like the top one. Hate this oven

I bought this oven two weeks ago and had it installed today. I haven't used it yet, but it looks great and from other reviews I expect to be satisfied with operation of this item.

i know that i can depend on GE appliances. when my 18 year old oven died, (with never a service call in all those years) i only wanted to replace it with another GE oven, and i did! thrilled with the new one as i was when the old one was first installed.

This is a great oven. Replacing my old GE of 20 years I wasn't sure if the quality would be as good, but I have not been dissapointed. I like that the heating element is not exposed. Hopefull they will last longer.

This JT5000DF2BB takes much to long to preheat. 16 minutes to obtain 425 degrees. Not right.

I have had oven for a few weeks and absolutely love it!! It looks nice, easy to use and heats up quickly. I replaced it with an older version and there is no comparison!! I got the convection which I love too

A welcome change

Bought this to replace an OLD Built In that was only 27" wide and nothing worked except it heated close to the temp it was set at. What a change from the old oven. A signal tone to let you know when the oven has reached temp. A built in timer. Still learning all the new functions. Cooks great and being a convection oven cooks faster too. Only complaint is a clicking sound as something is cycling on and off during cooking process.

Purchased on 10/24/14; installed on 11/19/14; used once to bake potatoes on 11/19/14; registered Warranty on 11/20/14; all's fine, so far.....send me my prize for this review !!!!!
