Like the convection option

Got this to replace a Thermador. Installation was smooth and so far we really like the oven. Takes a while to get used to how this one functions, but looks good and is quieter than the Thermador. Did have an issue with the door not seating properly, but this was resolved with a warranty service visit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This oven was included in our new home purchase. We've never owned a convection oven before, so, this was a first for me and just let me tell you what a pleasure it is to operate this device. It's quiet, beautiful and cooks our son's pizza's to perfection. Well Done GE!

New GE 30 inch true European Convection in wall oven installed today! WOW!!! Big upgrade from our OLD 24 inch and this oven is absolutely amazing! Model JT5000. Steam clean, high temp clean, proof mode for bread, lots of light, easy to use too! And you cannot even hear the convection fan running! Buy USA made... Thanks GE and keep up the GREAT work!

I bought this 3 months ago. It's large, easy to clean. Roasting feature works great, broil works great with a high/low feature. Lights are great you can see through glass well when baking. I'm still learning. ..I have not used the cleaning function yet because there has not been a mess. Any splatter was easily wiped up. I've made salmon, roasted veggies, broiled steaks & salmon and baked a cake. Everything was finished about 10 to 5 min. Faster than my usual cooking time. I have never owned a convection oven so everything I cook is being adjusted from my old gas stove recipes. It's been easy to cook in. I'm anxious to use delay cook feature. I'm not sure how to rate it with other convection ovens but I will say there is less splatters and I mostly cook without tin foil because directions said not to use, it ruins even cooking.
