I think the Leap Pad is a great educational tool that grows with kids. It keeps their interest and there are a ton of apps to choose from.

The LPU is excellent for our kids. It helps them reinforce their everyday basic learning skills.

My daughter has the ultra and also received another brand tablet for a present and the leappad ultra blows the other one out of the water, there are so many more apps that my daughter loves to choose from and she has learned so much, plus this is the tablet she prefers to play 9 times out of 10. I really am glad I chose this tablet for my daughter, we've had this tablet for over a year and it still works perfectly. The only complaint I have is it did not come with a screen protector and our screen was attacked by tweezers by my young daughter.
