The micro wave has been a real time saver for my wife and I. The product was easy to learn and produces a tasty finished meal.

Magnetron went out twice in 2 years. Very disappointed! This appears to be a very common complaint.

Microwave function dropped dead

Bought in 2010, but for a summer vacation home where it gets light use for only two months a year, so its actual age at death last Fall was about 14 months at most. We were going to call our excellent repairman but, according to the reviews, the problem is most likely the magnetron and a replacement will also fail in a short time, so we'll have to spring for purchase and installation of new micro-convection, which very definitely will NOT be a Whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our new microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave oven works fine. The instructions for using the convection oven are not nearly helpful enough. Maybe you could include a video on your website.
