Love my new range

This range replaced an old built in which the insurance company could not fix. The chose the most affordable they could find for the space. I just love it. It cooks really well and the oven is good too.

Inside oven glass shattered

My siblings and I bought this product for my mom for her birthday in 3/15. During this pass Thanksgiving after the cornbread was removed from the oven, we made our plates and was sitting down eating dinner. While we were eating we heard a crackling sound, which we could not locate. Minutes later, we heard shrattering glass. we looked and the inner glass of the oven was shattered. What could this be from?
