Purchased this unit to fit into our new kitchen. Top elements work great and oven works even better. Heat is very even and bakes great. It goes great with our new marble counter top.

Nice replacement unit

Brought this unit after the 13-year old side-by-side unit made by another manufacturer started periodically shorting out when all four burners were on. This new GE works real nice. It's easy to use and heats up fairly quick. The control panel is intuitive. The only problem I have is that when the unit is turned off, the internal cooling fan runs for a long time. Plus, the fan is loud, more louder than the dishwasher. Makes me wonder how much electricity is being used while the fan runs and runs until the unit cools. Other than that annoying issue, the unit works good after four months of daily use.

just the right size

We needed to replace our 20+ year old drop-in electric range. I didn't want to do a lot of modification to the opening in our cabinets. After removing the lower support, this fit almost perfectly, and my wife loves the look of it . It works well so far, with zero problems.

Fits my needs perfectly

Bought this stove three months ago because it would fit the opening in my counter with slight adjustments to the counter and would slightly overlap the counter. I love the smooth cook surface and have no problem keeping it looking like new, by using the Cerama Bryte cleaner occasionally and the microfiber pad, plus rarely using the scraper. It does not have convection cooking because I didn't want it. The four burners are sufficient for my needs. The oven heats very quickly. The fan is very quiet and a good plus (I had problems several years ago with the electronic controls burning out on an old stove, so I appreciate the need for that.) The interior is quite large and the storage drawer is also very roomy. I'm quite happy with my purchase.
